One-to-one leadership coaching
Eight sessions over twelve weeks with a dedicated facilitator. You bring real decisions from your current role; we structure the conversation around frameworks you can reuse after the engagement ends. Designed for directors stepping into their first regional or group-level mandate.
Senior leader peer circle
Groups of six to eight executives from non-competing firms meet monthly. Each session is built around a live challenge one member is facing. The group pressure-tests options, and a facilitator keeps the discussion honest. Membership renews every six months.
Corporate strategy pressure test
A two-day off-site where your leadership team works through your actual strategic plan with an external panel. We challenge assumptions, model downside scenarios, and surface the three or four decisions that will matter most in the next eighteen months.
High-stakes negotiation workshop
Twelve participants, three rounds of simulated negotiations recorded on video, followed by structured debrief. The scenarios draw on cross-border M&A, joint-venture structuring, and vendor renegotiation. You leave with a personal negotiation playbook.
New-role transition sprint
For executives in their first 100 days of a new appointment. Five concentrated half-day modules cover stakeholder mapping, early-win identification, team diagnostic, communication cadence design, and board-reporting rhythm. Runs on consecutive Fridays.
Board-readiness coaching
Prepares senior executives for their first independent board seat. Over ten sessions we cover fiduciary duties, committee dynamics, questioning technique in board meetings, and the unwritten rules that determine whether a new director earns trust quickly.
Market-entry simulation
Your team role-plays the entry of a competitor into your core market. We provide the data pack; you make the decisions. The simulation runs in three rounds across a single day, with a post-mortem that identifies blind spots in your current planning process.
Rising-manager accelerator
For managers two to four years from their first VP or director title. Cohorts of ten work through a structured curriculum covering financial acumen, cross-functional influence, and executive presence. Includes two individual coaching sessions and a 360-degree feedback round.

What participants have done differently
Regional CFO, logistics firm
Joined the peer circle while restructuring a 200-person finance team across four countries. Used session feedback to redesign her communication cadence with country heads, cutting escalation volume by roughly a third within two quarters.
Incoming CEO, mid-cap manufacturer
Completed the transition sprint during his first month. Built a stakeholder map that identified two board members whose concerns he had underestimated. Adjusted his first-quarter priorities before the misalignment became visible.
General counsel, fintech group
Attended the negotiation clinic ahead of a joint-venture negotiation with a mainland partner. The video debrief revealed a pattern of conceding too early on non-financial terms. She renegotiated the IP-sharing clause and retained rights her team had initially planned to give up.
How we design and deliver programmes
Real material, not case studies from textbooks
Every session uses decisions, numbers, or situations drawn from the participant's own organisation. We do not teach theory and hope it transfers. You practise on the thing you actually need to get right.
Small groups by design
No programme exceeds twelve participants. Peer cohorts cap at eight. This keeps the conversation specific enough to be useful and prevents the passive-audience dynamic that plagues larger executive education formats.
Facilitators who have held the role
Our faculty are former CEOs, CFOs, and board chairs. They have made the decisions they are helping you think through. That changes the quality of the pushback you receive.
Follow-through built into the structure
Each programme includes a check-in 60 days after completion. We review what you committed to doing, what actually happened, and what needs adjusting. The check-in is not optional.
Common questions
Yes. We offer group enrolments for the peer cohort and negotiation clinic formats. Groups from the same company are placed in separate cohorts to preserve the cross-industry dynamic, unless you specifically request an in-house version tailored to your team.
Most sessions run from our facilitation space in Mong Kok, Kowloon. Strategy lab off-sites use partner venues in Sai Kung or Lantau, depending on group size and season. We handle venue logistics; you just show up.
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the programme start date receive a full refund. Between 7 and 21 days, we offer a transfer to the next available cohort. Within 7 days, the fee is non-refundable, but you may send a substitute from the same organisation.
